DLP Civils does not receive this information.The app stores up to 100 saved calculations locally. It has no user accounts, cloud synchronisation, analytics, advertisements or in-app payments.The app does not request access to your device’s location, contacts, camera or microphone.## Sharing and printingWhen you select Share, your selected report is passed to the app you choose. Reports may contain job references, coordinates and calculation inputs.Printing or saving a PDF uses Android’s print service. These actions are optional. Receiving apps and print services handle information under their own privacy policies.## Google Maps and website linksWhen you select Open in Maps, the coordinates you entered are converted to latitude and longitude and passed to Google Maps or your browser. The calculator does not read your phone’s GPS location.Links to the DLP Civils website open in your browser. Google Maps and websites may process information under their own privacy policies. Website enquiries are separate from information stored in the calculator.## Retention and deletionSaved calculations remain on your device until you delete them, older entries are replaced by the 100-result limit, or you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.You can delete individual calculations from Saved jobs. App-managed cloud backup is disabled.Exported PDFs and shared copies must be deleted separately from the receiving app or storage location.## SecurityLocal information is protected by Android’s app isolation. The app does not add separate encryption. You should protect access to your device.## Changes to this policyWe will update this policy if the app’s information-handling practices change.
